Development of Information and Communication Technology Learning Media

This study aims to produce instructional videos on subjects that are feasible be implemented as learning media for Postgraduate students and investigate the feasibility of at UNJ location so they implement. a medium. The development State University Jakarta uses mix method approach using Research & Development by Allesi Trollip, which consists three steps, namely planning: determining needs goals, gathering resources, generating ideas; design: making flowcharts storyboards drafting scripts; development: producing video audio, programming materials, preparing supporting components, evaluating, revising. results research in form assessed experts, material users. Overall trial showed good category according following details from experts average score 5.55 was included appropriate category, 3.5 is small-scale trials involving students, an obtained category; large-scale 3.19 category. Based assessment media, it can concluded suitable use UNJ.
